Dr. David C. Rose, Professor of Economics, University of Missouri – St. Louis, will give a public lecture. ┬áThe kind of moral beliefs that are most likely to produce a high trust society are shown to be a form of social capital and a public good. ┬áThis helps explain why high trust societies are relatively rare.
