The American Economic Association has launched a brief 9 minute video aimed at students considering a career in economics, but who may be uncertain how broadly a degree in economics can be applied.

Featuring insights from four individuals who provide perspective from their own experiences, the film emphasizes that economics is much more than finance, banking, business, or government.  Economics is useful for all individuals and can lead to many interesting career choices in many types of fields.
