Jim Lavoie, co-founder and Chairman of Rite-Solutions, will discuss his experiences developing and utilizing an innovative management strategy: an idea market in which employees can suggest, develop and collaborate on innovations. This approach has proven successful at both finding unconventional sources for ideas and in providing a corporate glue which fosters interaction throughout the organization and helps maintain corporate culture.
