Biography
Biography
Bilal Celik received his bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Ege University in Izmir, Turkey. He then attended a one year language course at Penn State University after which he started his graduate studies. He received his master of science degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in May 2012 and his Pd.D.from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville in August 2017.
