Graylyn International Conference Center

We highly recommend booking accommodations at the Graylyn International Conference Center, a Division of the University. Graylyn is a historical hotel located less than 2 miles from Campus and in walking distance to picturesque shops and restaurants.

To reserve a room please call Graylyn Reservations at 1-800-472-9596 and request the LA Macro Workshop block, room rates are $179 plus tax (single) and $199 plus tax (double), which include breakfast. Please be aware that these rooms are on a first come, first serve basis

Shuttle service to and from campus will be provided.

Historic Brookstown Inn

Alternatively,  guests may stay at the Historic Brookstown Inn in downtown Winston-Salem, which is a little further away from campus.

The nightly rate is $99 plus tax, which also includes a hot breakfast, wine and cheese reception, cookies and milk at bedtime, parking on site, and wireless internet Availability is on a first come, first served basis.

How to get to Wake Forest University

  • By Car: Wake Forest University Campus is located about three miles northeast of downtown Winston-Salem, NC.
  • By Air: The closest major airport is Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO), located about 30 miles east of Winston-Salem in the city of Greensboro. The Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) and the Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) are about 90 miles north and south respectively.
